After a lttle work the transformation has occurred and what was once the perfect sleeper road cruising wagon is now the ultimate offroad voyager. Apologies for the dark photo.

It started life as a Heritage and was converted to TT around 3 years ago. It now has a 3 inch lift, 16 inch Forester GT Rims and 215/70 BFG AT's finish it off nicely. Next is a Lib dual range with L series low as the Aus Spec RS turbo gearing in it now is a bit too tall.

Sorry wasn't in Lorne, has only been in Tas in this form so far. Keen to catch up with all the Tassie boys for an offroad trip, now that I can keep up with you without tearing parts off the underside. Is the monster going yet Johnny?

nearly, been a bit slack lately and havin a few issues with the twagon that ive had to sort out

Yes Ian please give us a run down on the springs struts you are using .

did you just use a 75mm body lift not a sring tower lift as well ?

did you purchase the body lift or make it your self .

I am doing the same to my wagon in Perth , so interested in your build up .

Looks the part from were I am sitting .

Thanks for all the positive comments folks. It is a 3 inch lift, Outback Struts, Kings raised springs and Outback rear swing arm mounts. Car used to be auto, so if the low range manual won't tow a heavy trailer in the bush I will revert to that again.

early outback front and rear struts, with outback springs. Ian's are raised king springs, but you should choose between raised and standard height based on how high you need the front of your car..

(im not sure what parts you have used elsewhere)

It certainly has been turning heads and has received a lot of positve comments. Had a Landcruiser owner look under it and exclaim "It's got more clearance than the 'Cruiser, very inspirational, I want one"

I have put quite a few k's on it and am very impressed with the overall package. I have a Lib dual range, L series low range gears and a 4.11 front diff lined up on the bench. Now to merge them all together. It is definately geared far too tall as it is so this setup should make it do the job.
