EA82T computer options

I am looking for a after market computer for my EA82T and i have no idea what would be a the better options. I am after somethign thats not goint to break the bank but anable me to fine tune the engine now and in the futre with the ipgrades i would like to do..


any help would be great

well i dont have much knowledge of computers but my car runs a microtech mt8. just over a grand for it i think.
ive heard of others using wolf 3d too

yea i have a wolf 3d v4+ pretty good computer, price is un know because it was fitted to the car when i got it.

i havent got a problem with it,

some tuners dont like them but plenty do so speak to some local tuning shops to see what they will charge to install it.

It depends if you want to tune it yourself or not.

If you don't want to do all the work yourself (and I don't), the 100% most important thing is to go with the brand your tuner likes. Otherwise it will be an uphill battle. I know shops that swear by Motec, Autronic and Link. I also know people that tune their own Wolf (like me), Haltech and Microtech.

My advise is actually to stick with the factory ECU but you probably don't want to hear that...

i would rather have the factory computer for this car as dynotunes cost a bucket evertime you put a decent mod on. saying that ive only had one personally but car has had 4.
