went for a run down to rainbow beach today and coming back off the beach at freshwater camp ground (still had hard tyres) i had to back off a little and cause i did the revs droped so a faned the clutch and gave it a boot and the revs went around to 5000rpm and i let the smoke out of the clutch!! stinks real bad that stuff!

Never a nice smell hehe.
Lemme guess...you had to downgrade to a push-type clutch to allow you to run the dual range gearbox. Turbo's really need a propper turbo clutch, a pull-type. The NA ones can only last so long even with a heavy duty pressure plate
Mine's still holding up after a year of punishment but I'm sure it will slip soon!
