the biggest advantage these pulleys have, is that I can now fit a 10" thermo fan on the engine side of the radiator.

This is due to the undersized diametre of the pulley correct?TOONGA wrote:the biggest advantage these pulleys have, is that I can now fit a 10" thermo fan on the engine side of the radiator.
Yes slowly but surely ... I need access to welding equipment to fabricate intake parts and supercharger flanges ... and about a week of free time to do this correctly... this is before we even mock up the supercharger mounted on the engine.steptoe wrote:I'm waiting on the supercharger addition - is it happening Jules ?
No noticable performance gain, (she is too damn fast anyway:) ) the alternator pulley is undersize to match the undersize crank pulley, and because the crank pulley is about half the size of a standard pulley, there is more room at the front right side of the radiator under the PS pulley.El_Freddo wrote:This is due to the undersized diametre of the pulley correct?
And is the alternator pulley undersized as well so it's still spinning as quick as it needs to be?
Have you noticed a performance gain?

Did you read the first post by chancePhizinza wrote:Ok, I've just looked through 50 billion personal posts that either don't relate to the subject at hand or are just digs at different members trying to find the post where TOONGA switched back to the 34ADM as suggested in this post http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/top ... ?p=1186380

I hope we get to see a build of your engine, including the making of the manifold.Phizinza wrote:I don't care who has a dig at , it just made it near impossible for someone with time restraints to read through finding the posts about the car.
I did read the first post, but after it says you're running the 34 it says "weber 32/36 to replace ADM34" and no mention of going back that I could see. It was only when I read my thread on usmb again that I realised you were back to the 34, and also that you posted your jetting there...
I'm getting my BIL to cut me out some steel in the shape of the gaskets soon, buying a steel donut and soon to build this manifold.
