question about 4wdisc conversion
question about 4wdisc conversion
gday guys,
Just wondering if anyone could help me with what brake set up would be best suited to my MY hatch.I have put in an ej22 and would like to know if the Lseries rear discs setup is sufficent braking power.I have seen others do the later set up(5stud conversion and bigger disc and callipers)from later models. If the setup from the later models is best needed what is involved.

My dad had this for about 10 years just sitting out back and i finally managed to get my hands on it some months ago.he converted it to ea81turbo but i thought the 2.2 and all wheel drive would be a better way to go, just didnt think it would be so much work to convert. Its all complete just pulled apart ready for body work and paint.
the gas system has just been fitted very recently(am going to run direct gas).I think there are only about 5 of these hatches in oz that i have been told. While overseas(newzealand)i was told that these and the rxII(also known as the L"hatch)were made in newzealand.??TOONGA wrote:I've seen a hatch in WA a white one on the freeway about 10 years ago
nice catch
by the way is the gas still connected ? or is the plug a leftover
