lib lx shafts the same as gx?

hi team,

have a pair of gx shafts but have a friends front wheel drive lx lib that needs a new shaft.

Are they the same sized shafts, or can i swap the shafts over?

You can swap them between the two cars.

Yep they're both the same. Apparently FWD shafts are thicker & stronger than AWD ones.

On the L they were the other way around - thin shafts on the 2wd and thick on the 4wd fronts only... Go figure!

It appears my L has been running 2wd front shafts since before I got it...
