Wheel Arch Flares,... i need some inspiration.

Post by Gannon » Tue Jul 22, 2008 6:28 pm

I bought some wheel arch flaring from clark rubber (pretty good value at less than $9 a metre)

I have 4 lengths all 1m long, but i cant decide how to run them.

Do i cut the ends at an angle?
Do i make them flush with the mudflap?
How far down the mudguard to they have to go?

Pictures show a thousand words, but any suggestions are good.

Cheers

Probabily the best way to do it is put them on as they are and trim to suit.

If you browse through coppermine you should find something you like.

stand back and look at the lines of the car and see if that helps you decide what angle to cut them at - this may require friends to hold them in place or some good tape
