ignition module
Can anyone help my ignition module has stopped working were can i replace it from its out of a ea82t

Your talking about the power transistor mounted on the coil bracket?
One off a MPFI touring wagon, or maybe scout the local wrecking yard for 80's Nissans, one off them will do the trick, or you could pull it apart and get the number off it and buy a transistor from Dick Smith Electrical or Jaycar and fix it that way.

If you are referring to the module inside the distributor, ignore my above post.
What you have in there is a Magnetic Reluctor & Hall Effect Sensor that gives a pulse twice every revolution to drive the ignition coil.
I think the module from any L series carby engine will do the trick.
