Gday people, I was just wondering if the radiator mounts between an L series 85 and an 89 are the same? I'm about to get one from an 85 to tack on to the 89 but id thought id ask before i did....i slightly bent the old one you see. Any help would be nice

Yup. Should be the same from 85 right up to 94

Yeah they are the same.
I did that too but I upgraded to a bloody massive piece of 4mm box section as a repair. Here is a pic of Vidler expertly welding it in :)

cheers fellas, yea i considered doing that too but i found an old 85 for 50 buks to i thought id do that, a bit more work but at least its right for if i sell it..

Be careful welding it, the metal is *extremely* thin, will be pretty easy to blow holes in it with your welder. It amazed me how little it weighed when I chopped it out of mine. No wonder they bend so easy!
