Post by ol kid » Tue May 06, 2008 2:57 pm

Hey again, Ive never worked on a Gen 1 lib but im not sure as to were to the Earth for the amp. Ive got it hooked up to the nuts that hold in the Tail light in. The sub make some alien Popping noises and then when the cd picks up it goes away? Im not sure as to what this is... Cheers Ethan

try running a decent wire to the battery the bigger the wire the better the sound and the louder it goes the same goes for the power wire but put In a fuse. As it is the more you turn it up the more it crackles.

any solid bolt on the body will do as long as your earths in the engine bay are good.

make sure you grind all the paint off where you are bolting the eye to the body. Paint is not a conductor...
