I know it should be in another thread, but I've been recommended to try here... so, what is a good jam to make if I only have raspberries and peaches at my disposal? please help, its for cooking next month.

Don't mix raspberries and peaches together. It is like using auto trans fluid and diff oil combined in your engine. It will work but is not recommended.

Yeah, I have been there done that but the missus hasn't. It is one of those things you should do once I think. I don't like the idea of having to pay $75 each to look at a rock though.

Yeah it's pretty expensive, though I don't think it was that much last year. $75 would be for three I think....
