Help! Where Is The Fuel Filter Located In A 99 Model Liberty Sedan????????

I have just bought a 99 model 2lt liberty sedan and have almost completed its service! I have pulled my hair out trying to find the fuel filter! As you can tell I am new to this so PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A 99 Liberty owner may already know, but I can say I've seen a lot of late model cars with the filter inside the tank as part of the in-tank pump assembly.
Maybe take out your back seat and see if there is an access panel to the top of the tank.
