I have been looking out for a bull bar since i got the Liberty

Bill from the cub told me about it this one, so i picked it up for $200 colour coded and all:D

Looks good Jan,
but a full replacement bull bar would look better,
I guess beggars can't be chooses.

There are four mounting points, two on the bottom corners where there is a bracket going back to the tie down points and there is a large steel frame behind the grill that ties in with the bumper bracket very strong.

One thing i found is that gen 1 series 1 bars are different both externally and internally than gen 1 series 2. This one came of a series 1. I had a lot of cutting and welding for it to fit. If i didn't do any of that work it still would have fitted but would have sat down about 50mm in line with the bottom of the black strip.

looks real good Jan, now when you go out 4WDing and drive through those little towns, the town foke will have some thing else look at as you go by, thay wont know what to make of it now.
