Was wondering can you put a turbo on a Ea-82 Carb motor, anyone done it, what could and could not happen hehehe

Put simply, you can. Also put simply, it is not easy, it is not reliable, is not as efficient as a factory job and it isn't worth the stuffing around.

Yeah what he said.

There are people that have dont it, but it takes constant tuning and is no where near as drivable as a fuel injected one.

not to mention the huge amounts of $ u would have to spend to get it to work. just go find an rx motor. :)

not as hard as one would think:P....ive thrown a turbo on a carby suck through system...worked well....same on a cordia....but the tuning is an absolute BITCH....dont do it...wont be worth it caus the motor will not last very long on much boost...

rx turbo motor would be much more reliable :P

If you are thinking about more power think about the EJ22 conversion.
