Lib ACC cable to MY pedal

Post by AndrewT » Tue Jan 15, 2008 12:34 pm

Quick conversion question,

The MY accellerator cable has a little metal cylinder shaped piece of metal on the end of the cable which links into the corresponding clip on the top of the MY accellerator pedal.

The Lib cable has a little metal ball instead which isn't the right shape for the MY pedal.

Whats the easiest method?

- Somehow swap the ball and the cylinder on the end of the cable?
- Mess with the top of the pedal and try to get the part of the lib pedal which accepts the lib cable in there?
- Try to swap the entire pedal?

I didn't get much time to think about it when I was looking at it last night, anybody got a quick solution for me so I don't have to think? :)

You can fit the ball from the Liberty cable in the spot the MY barrel can from but you will have to crimp the holder up a bit. Alternately you can remove the pedal and make it suit the Liberty end.
