i was thinking about doing this at one stage but in the end would have been too much work for me and my limited amount of time. so decided to keep it low and lookin sleek

any photos of these cars ?? ive got 1 photo of 1 and its very dodgy so i wont even bother putting it up

same here with wagon and sti motor, i think it will need front and rear strut braces, and the k brace, as the wrx body is a heap thinner that the lib one so the extra strength will be needed

I am after a shorter body than a wagon ( have a WRX GF8 ) as well , the GC8 would be better for hill climbs :) hence my sedan selection

I have most of the gear I need now , just need a lift kit for it as I will not make this one .

I have the strut braces & a cage for this one

Fatz I just looked at your L series whith the lift kit & big boots fitted

Now after seeing this I am blown away on your coments above LOL :)

you might have to play aroudn with suspension setups a bit. The one everyone is talking about had outback suspension all through it and the guy didnt like it because it was way too stiff for the lighter impreza body.

the silver car started life as a WRX, then he converted it to an NA EJ25 and put gx impreza bumpers on it for clearance. looked very cool

I was thinking gen1 series 2 lib stuff would be the go, as outback lifts the libs a couple of extra inches, but when the lib guys put wrx suspension in it lowers it a couple of inches.

I thought the sedan and the wagon are exactly the same floor pan, the wagon just has the little "roof boot" bit added

USMB has a lot of pics of lifted imps

hey Jay , I think I keep this one two a 2" lift ( ? ) may be

Cruz you may well be correct , I have not parked them beside each other & ran a tape over them to check that .But the sedan is the go this time for me

need to locate a lift kit now as I am not making the strut lift this time around
I will make the rear arms
