Another Subie in the Family

Post by BRUMBERTY » Sat Dec 24, 2005 10:10 am

After 50 years of motoring, my old Man has come around and bought a top of the range Outback Wagon.

I was gobsmacked!
He sold a 280KW holden one tonner (that he quite liked) to get it.

After owning Mini Coopers (Original), Range Rovers, Landcruisers, Big old Mercs, a 911 carrera, several sleeper holden utes, a Fiat 500 guided missile and a strange nissan van shaped like a snail.

He is hooked now, I think I got him about 2 years ago when he "borrowed' my WRX and took it for a very serious thrash.

Dad was amazed to find it quite a bit faster than his old Porsche and mush more forgiving to push hard.
Thought I would let y'all know.

Be careful on the roads over the next few weeks guys, there are some idiots out there!
(some of them are in uniform)
