Well i have just bought 94 wrx front cut to go into the little MY Coupe. As it already has 5 stud conversion and a N/A EJ20 with matching AWD 5 speed, I was just going to leave the running gear and change the engine.
1. Will the N/A gearbox be able to handle the turbo motor (mods will be 3" exhaust and Aircleaner)?
2. Are the clutches and flywheels on these the same(clamping pressure would be different)?
3. Is it possible to convert a cable clutch to hydraulic slave cylinder on the gearbox?
With the conversion I realize other areas of change cross member for up pipe, massaging of chassis rails etc.
Any replies will be helpfull.

EJ20 Turbo into Coupe
1 - the NA gearbox should hold up quite well, with sensible driving should last a fair distance
2 - your clamping pressure would be different. also the turbo models run a totally different setup. Pull clutches as opposed to your push setup. You can get a push clutch to hold up to a turbo motor but the pressure plate must be drastically beefed up.
3 - you probably could retro fit the hydraulic system to your existing gearbox but there really isn't any point, it's not going to help the clutch system itself and Im sure you don't have too much problem with the way your pedal currently feels.
