costly little bugger...EA82 throttle body hose...
just when i thought Cheap Grief was ready for rego, I find green stuff seeping from somewhere. I am underneath and a pressure test helped find the only hoses I have not replaced are the culprit (figures). The little 7.5mm id hoses feeding to and from the throttle body. ONe is seeping, just. Go genuine. one is 14 bucks the other about 45 ! I was gonna order two 14 hoses and see if i could make it fit. The parts man suggested the extra money would probably be worth it - save stuffing around.
So when i get the two hoses i find i reckn seeing as though they are rubber, the same id, od and config the cheaper one will fit where the dearer one has to go.
TIP order two 80760752 hoses and make it fit where 807607062 goes. The only diff is a mild bend - and save a few bucks.

I had the same problem when i rebuilt my motor.
I think I just used some spair fuel hose.
Now the one that goes from the top/centre of the block to the thermostat is dripping green coolant, have you seen how hard it is to get to?

Looks like it, but i hope i can do it without removing the manifold.
The fact that i dont have power steering might work in my favour
