^Yes agreed, haha

Checked the brakes and cables, then took it for a spin on our gravel road, and got the rear end working a bit harder!
cheers for the info... i just need a few more hours in it thats all, and previously with the thought of the handbrake being on the front, i didn't really try pushing(or should i say pulling) it that hard.

Cheers,

With an AWD car you have to use very little handbrake if any to get them to slide on a loose surface for want of try to get it sliding sideways in mud or dirt. If you cant get it to slide with minimal effort you are not going fast enough or using enough revs...... just go harder

If you want to go sideways, momentarily before the apex of the corner steer in the opposite direction for 1/4 sec or so and jab the brake hard with your left foot, then immediately steer into the corner (not too hard or you'll understeer) and floor it...... If you can get the timing right you'll be a rally driver in no time.

Just be warned - You'll most likely slide off the road the first few times you try this, don't break your car and don't roll it over!!
