Post by Alex » Mon Jul 02, 2007 7:49 pm

Hey,

Just wondering if anyone can recommend a decent engineers shop where i can get wanky wagon fixed? Just abit of captive nut welding and abit of structural work??

I will be hopefully(depending on the the shop) getting it done this week or next week

Thanks heaps in advance

why does it have to be a good engineers shop? shouldnt u just be able to take it to a decent welder and get it done.
not like an engineers certificate is goin to help ur car as it cant be insured neway can it?

yeh, all three have pretty much come out..and there is a plate which goes onto the body which is abit cracked and stuffed(and sperated from the body). Here's sum pics.. if anyone knows anyone who wants to earn sum quick cash let me know!

they have since been fixed abit, the captive nuts have been welded to some bar and then welded to the chassis rails(needs to be gone over with a mig)
