Not sure of the differances between models but to be safe use the same cylinder and pedal that came from the WRX doner car, it will match the slave cylinder then. I gave a mate a hand doing this and am looking at doing it on my car.
Just cut a piece out of the doner cars firewall that contains the mounting holes etc (about 8cm by 10cm or so) then use this as a template to mark where to drill the bolt holes etc in your firewall then weld the cutout "template" over the top of your fire wall (so the firewall is 2 layers thick). You should then be able to bolt up the master cylinder etc to the outside no problem. You will need to modify the WRX clutch pedal as it is to long but it should line up with the pivots etc without to many problems. The tricky part is figuring out where to mount the template on the firewall, start with the pedal and work backwards from there.

Good luck :D

I'm using a PBR P6575 master cylinder with the factory slave.

The cylinder fits really well on my MY's firewall, but unfortunately the clutch weighs a tonne and a half :P

If I was doing it again I'd be fitting factory everything.
