I havn't really been involved in organising this, I guess it must be Alex as he started the post but now he's not going. I'm just volunteering my place as a venue and organising some seats and BBQ etc. I think Matt was the one who came up with the date so maybe he knows something.
Is there a guest list for only certain people?
