New EJ PS pump available??

Post by SuBaRiNo » Thu Jul 12, 2007 12:42 am

Has anyone purchased a new EJ Power Steering pump before or had one rebuilt??

Anyone know the costs envolved in a new one or getting one rebuilt or serviced??

if u want a new one go on an exchange basis give them your old one for the new one.

the last one we got at work was for a VP commodore that was around 180 but wasnt an exchange job so ti was a bit dearer

so id expect it somewhere around 200 hopefully less

A basic rebuild kit should be around the $50 (trade) mark..

There piss easy to overhaul....

Well i have like 8 of these pumps now... still not happy with any of them.... would rather exchange than rebuild my own. I have bad luck with these things.
