1990 GX Turbo AND GC8 WRX

Hey guys,, now that the car is practically finished ill finally put it up in the my rides section, photos will come up tomorrow when i find my bloody camera

1990 GX AWD Liberty

Factory Spec:
Electric windows
Air Bag adjustable suspension
Electric Mirrors
Plush seats and roof lining
Automatic Transmission

Modifications
FULL RS Turbo Conversion including.
EJ20G
AWD single range gearbox
RS turbo brakes
RS turbo complete suspension(replaced with more offroading type of gear)
WRX Top mount Intercooler
Water Spray
MOMO Leather Steering wheel
RS Alloys with road tyres (replaced with Forrester steelie)
28" BFG Offroading tyres
3" Lift kit of unknown brand
2.5" Exhaust with a nice quiet STi Muffler at the back
Custom...CRAPOLA paint job: Respray happening later in the year


Soon to come mods,

Dual range gearbox with extra low gearset
Outback struts in the front
Even bigger tyres...going to 29"
Bash guard
VF22 Turbo

nice work man looks hot now, very much the sane setup as minelet me know what its like with the vf22 offroad, for the bash guard i used an l series one works well had to redrill some holes in it tho.

looks cool

you need some early outback trailing arm mounts to move the rear wheels back in the arch.

your planning on lifting the front yeah?

edit: also you should sell off your turbo front bar and fit a GX one, gives you a heap more clearance at teh front and people will pay good money for your front bar on RSLC. see my sig thats a Ser1 GX bumper on both cars..

the front is lifted....its just im parked with the rear right of the car on a hill pushing the front down in the picture..hahaah..

im in process of replacing the bumperbar with a replacement bullbar,

and as for the wheels in the arch...MEH!!! it dont scrub yet so im not too fussed..haahahah

blew a front left inner CV to aa million pieces today though...not cool:(

UPDATE!!!!

Friday i handed over a nice cheque and picked up myself a nice clean GC8 WRX. VEYR VERY VERY happy with the purchase, now time to start customising her

and its not lifted...its been DROPPED to the ground...so much so i cant get my trolley jack under it :D:D:D
