EJ22 into MY exhaust

just wonering from those guys that have done the EJ conversions what exhaust headers are you using? just the standard ones or something different?

I used custom ones from the "Y"s off either bank, into a 2" pipe that went back under the gearbox to the original cat, using the original connections.

1 3/4" from the ports into 2 1/2" at he collector and out the back through hi flow mufflers.

Cackles just a bit. 8O
A friend lives on a long highway straight and he swears it sounds like a train coming when I come past. Very distinctive note. 8)

EJ22 Dual range AWD lifted, widened and much happier now thanks very much.

1991 L Series wagon, white and perfectly normal apart from the ticking, no I think that is normal.

Jet boat..webbered EA81 with a hybrid tin dish welded and glued to it.
