rebuild ej costs

Whats a rough figure parts wise for reco the top end of a ej22?Stuff like head work ,rings and gaskets etc.

woah... hang on. I'm keen on this. I've got an EJ20G sitting down bunbury way with a rooted piston. maybe this'll help me too.

A top end rebuild won't help a rooted piston.

Subarino once got a full topend rebuild on his second last EJ22...I think it was about $900 with him dropping the motor in to the place, but check with him.

to rebuild a complete engine..(rebore heads serviced new pistons etc) would be around $1000.00 plus labour.....maybe more depending on what your heads are like....

I see that now. I didn't see 'top end'. sorry. thought it was just a general rebuild, my bad.

Waggaclint was the doode who did my rebuild. DAMN good job i might add.... never had a problem with the motor since. Love your work Clint.
