CV joints

Why would both the front inner rubber boots both have split in the same week? What are the best CV joints boots?

were they brand new boots or old ones?

No, not perished. Just a couple of small hole in both inners that is letting the grease out.

thats a little odd....maybe the boots where the wrong ones...some cheap ones tend to do that though...some boots that alex bought have only lasted a short while..i think subarino tore one, i tore one...and i think alex himself tore one and they where all new.

there are various boots around yeh...all depends where u are and who is around i spose. i think coventry's sell decent ones
