Something has to be wrong with it - like a CV or clutch or something. It sounds quite rare

na mine sounded like that when i got it turned out to be the rocker arms were loose or something

or maybe theres some fuel supply problem and he cant get the revs he needs.
but yeh looks like the wrong gear

I'm pretty sure his running on 30" tyres.. Not nice on your gearing.

Sounds like water in the electrics to me.
