Tracked it down to Coolant sensor or Circuit.

Where do I go to solve this prob??

Sounds like a dead coolant temperature sensor, this would definitely cause a rich mixture which in turn would give no power and a rough note.
I take it its the EA82T in that RX you just bought? I'm not 100% sure but I think the sensor in question is on the RH side of the intake manifold plumbed into the water passage.

Yeah jus found a webiste with the full manuals in there, and in the trouble shooting section made mention of all symptoms, now to find the sensor in the morning.

Well found the sensor, bit of WD40 on it and is working better, but not 100%

Why can I get one off easily as replacement?

one off any ea82 mpfi motor will work .Some one on here might have pulled one for a conversion.
