installing double barrel carbu to ea82

just wondering if anyone new what was involved in doing this looking to get more power out of her but got no idea on how it gose on and what comes off any help would be great

EA82's have a double barrel carby already. In fact every Subaru carby I've encountered is double barrel.

If you mean a Weber, have a search of this site. Basically you need an adaptor plate and some random pieces of new vacuum hose wouldn't go astray either.

PM your email and can send you a diagram to make the adpator plate needed for a 32/36 Weber or they are available through Redline, etc. The 32/36 Weber is a fantastic upgrade the difference is heaps noticeable.

and if you mean twin carb manifold as found on some ea81's - someone says they fit just need to remove some metal from block or manifold in the middle where the two touch.
