Twin carbie secondary modding

I'm just wondering how many people have modded the secondaries to open mechanically on their carbies?

My carbies have the counterweight secondaries and so I'm stuck as to what to do!

I've heard that jono has done it. Anyone else? What was involved?

Any pics?
