Post by subby » Sun Dec 17, 2006 10:01 am

why does my water feel the need pour out the overflow container, until most of my water is out of the radiator and the engine starts to get hot?

I had a ea82mpfi did the same thing, diagnosed it to be a corroded out gallery on the head. Pumped up the system so well. I could blow the cap off in style ;)

I'd put my money on headgasket too.

Sounds like time for an engine upgrade

Obviously not a good time of year for it though, sorry to hear.

I had a all clear co2 test once but i still think it ended up being a seperated head gasket.
