I have agonised over this very topic in great depth myself in the past!!

I tried, silver, charcoal, and a goldish colour called "Champagne Glow" in the power plus range, that was what I settled with, but looking back maybe silver looked best.

There are pics on my site of each: http://subabooba.net/site/index.php?opt ... &Itemid=40

Also look in the gallery for more pics of each under readers cars - subabooba

Maybe that helps, you never know till you see them on the car, I liked the Charcoal the best on the wheel, but didn't like how it looked on the car.

Also read my painting tips :D : http://subabooba.net/site/index.php?opt ... &Itemid=34

I actually agree with KERAZY. A bright orange like the 2005 moto-gp repsol honda wheels, very original on a soob.

My sunnies are sorta ash-grey in colour. Got them from Wraith, very happy... My L is metalic blue.

If your going to the trouble to paint your rims, i would say do something different than white, but don't go black either... let your colour (or colour blind) imagination go nuts!

You'll learn by experience if you don't like them, then you can start a poll for what not to paint your rims on a white car ;)

Gloss white always looks good on white subes. I have red ute, white 14's. Tried one wheel in dark gun metal grey - made rim look small - so back to white. Considering light metallic silver. If it helps you wander from the choices you give us..seen a purple jeep with yellow rims.................
