think I saw a new SUVaru

Post by steptoe » Thu Nov 16, 2006 1:02 pm

yet to see a pic of the new SUVaru but spotted a new grille with the badge in the centre, crossing my path today. It was black with NSW yella plates and sort of looked like an SUVed Outback. Went to chase it and spotted it going the other way having done a U-y somewhere, so never caught up with it .

They have the same grill as the latest Imprezza. They had a write up in last Sundays paper. They are wider, longer and weigh 400 kg's more than the Liberty, and average the 12k / L. About $55,000.

Well the meeting is over and i have to say a big thanks to Josh from Zupps for orgainising it all it was friggin brilliant. Checked out the Tribeca and it is very very large on the inside and has some groovy stuff in there as well. one down side, as with most new cars, you only get a space saver spare.
