wow peeps, I have been a little overawed by the detail of information found in here the official ? Subaru website ?It has copyrights of Fuji Heavy Industries on it, back and fwd buttons at the bottom of each page.
Possibly some creativity from the website makers - there is an early EA82T engine photo in amongst the EA81 pictured vehicles.
This linked page is a photo I have seen before - huge ship with SUBARU featured on it and a whole dockload of 80's Subes including LHD Brumbys

Yeah some great information in there! Though they had a picture of the 1979 second gen Leones next to an EA82T 
In this they talk about special edition models of various years, makes me wonder what happened to the "350 limited edition Trad New Yorker models" of the MY wagon
or the "limited edition 4WD Skier’s Special (350 vehicles)" Because who wouldn't want one of those flouro green touring wagons and look at those rims! Imagine that with an EJ
