Huge favour to ask (Vic residents)

Looking at buying a subaru in Vic, and was wondering if someone could possibly have a look for a second opinion.
The vehicle is around 1/2 hour north of melbourne (really rough guess)
If it could be brought to the spirit that would be absolutely fantastic as well.

I can pay for the trouble in jelly beans, trading cards or even cash.
