Does anyone in Sydney know where I can purchase an EA82T engine and have it fitted for less than say $3K. Any help appreciated.

Is the car a carby EA82 originally?
Many small workshops will do jobs like this, but it's not a difficult conversion to perform yourself.
A company like Icheban in Morebank can help you out with finding a suitable engine, they might even be able to find a shop for you to do the work.
