advice on timing belt kit
hi , after a delay i decided to remove the timing belt covers on my 93 rs turbo motor to check out the condition of the stuff. check the pic ive attached , the bottom idler!!! really want some advice on the timing belt kit
A: belt, tensioner, idlers , seal kit 380 bucks
B: same as above but with hydraulic tensioner 500 bucks
C: same as above plus water pump 550 bucks
money is an issue but i will spend the big money if i have to,
any advice is appreciated

If money is no worries, then definitely go with option C, as this will mean you don't have to pull it apart for a while.
That lower idler is toast. I also see lots of crap/sand in the timing belt area. I'd look at replacing the seals that are around the covers, both the rubber ones and the foam ones behind the inner covers.
Also, how's the oil pressure? Just thinking that because you're right there, you might as well replace that too?? Oil pumps are fairly cheap off ebay and could extend your engine life

Oh and forgot to mention.. grab yourself a can of degreaser and give it a good wash down before replacing the crank and camshaft seals

it balls flew from the bearing? haha , lucky belt is not jumped !
Changes along with the water pump, so after a while not disassemble again all because of water damage to the pump!

Yes, here I also support, if you have money and replace the oil pump, believe me it will get better for the engine.
