11 Crank Angle Sensor or Circuit
12 Starter Switch or Circuit
13 Cam Position Sensor or Circuit (TDC Sensor on Justy)
14 Fuel Injector No. 1 (Legacy, Impreza, Justy, SVX)
15 Fuel Injector No. 2 (Legacy, Impreza, Justy, SVX)
21 Coolant Temperature Sensor or Circuit
22 Knock Sensor or Circuit (Right Side on SVX)
23 Air Flow Meter or Circuit (Exc. Justy)
24 Air Control Valve or Circuit (Exc. Justy)
31 Throttle Position Sensor or Circuit
32 Oxygen Sensor or Circuit (No. 1, Right Side, On SVX)
33 Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) or Circuit

seems you car has chucked a hissy fit, thats nearly every sensor/part on the engine. I would reset the computer following the instructions in the link above and then check for codes again. If you have all the same codes again, get another ECU and try that, as it may well be the problem or the harness may be damaged. It could even be the SMJ (super multiple junction?)

Drives fine no issues
Mechanic has reset codes but they keep comming back
Auto Electrician couldn,t read codes as his scanner kept blowing a fuse in the car

Things like this this can be an earth or voltage problem.
Make sure you are doing a full system reset.
Will any of the scanners used on your system do a sensor sequential check after a reset?
L serious, still.

Also check out the ignition relay. These can sometimes foul up and not provide the full voltage required by the ECU.

Tambox is also correct with the earthing issue. It could be a hard one to chase up!

Have you reset the ECU? Not resetting the codes, that just clears the codes but leaves the ECU as it was...

ECU reset:
*Disconnect the battery (earth)
*Apply the brakes to discharge any residual charge in the system (or leave overnight, or both lol)
*Without touching any pedals or controls & with the A/C & lights off, start the car
*Allow to warm up till the fans have cycled on then off.
* turn off the engine

Your ECU is now reset 8-)

I always apply KISS...Keep It Simple Son ;)

Start with the simplest, easiest thing first & go from there. Resetting the ECU is very easy & may fix your recurring codes. If not, I'd look at the earth suggestion next...remove all the relevant earth connections you can find, clean both the terminal & connector with fine sandpaper & replace. Earths are notorious for causing weird probs! :(
