Do you have the disc for the map/maps?

Is the disc in the cd/dvd player associated with the nav system working properly?

Is the cd/dvd player working properly?

Do you have a cd/dvd disc cleaner kit?

Hi craigz3644

Welcome to Ausubaru!

I've got the sat nav option on my 2007 Foz and I reckon the software running both our systems is the same.

Do you have a "burned" map DVD or the original stuff?

I've had this problem before and the way to sort it is to reset the system. You will need an original DVD to reload the software, but you won't loose any of your stored locations.

Let us know how you go...

Pedro.
