Yeah, did drive it before fully cured. Waited for it to have a thick skin.

Plenty of steel to glue the glass to. Will get onto it next week.

After all that I've got a new screen installed professionally. They used a neat generic rubber seal around the top and sides. Bottom does not have rubber strip which could be good thing to not hold water and then rust the plenum.
