Surprise Brumby!
Surprise Brumby!
Another business trip, flew from Coffs to Mildura via Sydney, then an hour drive to Euston. Sitting on 110 KPH and what do I find putting along in the middle of no where at about 70KPH- a white, dual headlight, very tidy bush Brumby driven by a bloke I'd say in his 70's. He never missed a beat as I slammed on the brakes in an attempt to not decrease teh capacity of his tray, then with a shudder overtook him. In my rear view mirror amongst the mulga, there he was putting on at the same pace, half an hour later the old bloke in his scrubber hat putted through the town in absolutely no hurry at all & ^$%&(( the world attitude. A true Aussie brumby man???

Every Brumby I see seems to be driven by someone 65+ who looks like they bought it off the line.
Incredible.
Incredible.
