Splined tube to fit M Y. And L series window winder crank or a kinked or cranked winder handle off anything to suit my l series short splined stump grfted to brumby window resuggestions welcome

Yes, a window winder handle not of MY or L but same splines and longer deep set splined drive section. Picture a spline poking out of door trim, only just and not enough to fir MY or L handle. An L winder bit has a 15mm shorter splined shaft than MY.

thought I need a sort of splined tube to make my own winder handles out of, but mangled Brumby door released a pretty good, slightly bent from the RNA (rather nasty accident) - thanks to 1.00mm thick grinder cutting disc 
there !! excuse #3 so far to have bought a dualsaw !! Price dropped to $198 at W a while back
