Where is the connector for trailer on Forester 2000

Post by penguin » Fri Nov 02, 2012 2:56 pm

In the service manual for the 2000 forester it mentions a R79 plug where trailer wiring can be plugged into. I had a look under the vehicle but could not see any connector.

Anyone know where it is located ?

Thanks.

I looked again but could not find it. However after some more googeling I found some info for a late model Forester where it was located in the spare wheel well. Bingo ! Problem solved.
