Finally took the 'Back on the Beach

This weekend I finally took the outback onto the beach here at Coffs. I must say, its a bazillion times better than the L wagon. Even drove it up onto the rocks at the end of the beach

I think it may have a little to do with the 215 series Toyo performance tyres too compared with the BFG's on the L, but travelling on the sand it didn't sink anything like the L. I can't wait to get some decent 4wd rubber under the 'Back and a bit of lift to see what this thing can do!!!

good to see your getting some practice in! dont forget im gonna be down your place not this weekend but the next, I dont want to be towing you out all the time with my lib :P

That reminds me.. sooo many things to sort on the car before then. better get cracking
