Slackish seat belts, replace with off-colour seat belts?

I wanted to gauge opinion on seat belts.
I have grey seat belts and the driver's seat belt tension is so faint, like 0.5kg at most of tension pulling it back.
I sometimes get it caught in the door.
Passenger side is not quite as bad, but has been caught in a closing door.

I found some seat belts that might work for a great price, but they are dark blue.
Do you think it'd look strange adding dark blue belts to a light grey interior?
I don't want to make my car look silly, or harder to sell.

Or I could keep looking until I finally find colour-matching belt replacements.

You could keep looking for gen1 liberty seat belts, shouldn't be hard to find, i'm fairly sure these bolt straight on and the brown should be fairly close

Try silicone spray on your current belts first. Works a treat.

Yeah try scrubbing the little flat piece of plastic up the top that they go through before you replace, they can gunk up with body dirt and slow the belt down.

got that happening with the Vortex rear ATM, flip the plastic cover up to stop any contact and it is fine. You will find it is not allowed by authorities to reuse seat belts, like fit used second handies. You can also get a build up of fluff n crap down at the real itself causing slow retract

Used seatbelts? Just senseless not buying new! They are not expensive and they give you a little piece of mind...
