Engine mounts are at the correct angle and have a larger area of contact between the engine mount and crossmember.
RS or WRX steering rack bolts straight in.
Yes its alot of work but the final product will be worth it. It gives me a bit more confidence throwing it about a skid pan knowing my engine is bolted with no washer's under the engine mounts for packing. Feel free to rip it right into me i'm after all opinions.
Oh and it got me in the shed for a couple of days instead of sitting around home as I don't know to many people in Sydney yet.

If I could ever offer anyone one single piece of advice to doing an EJ conversion into an L-series is would be: Buy a front-cut.
Doing mine without a front-cut I spent a hell of a lot of time standing around scratching my head as to how to beat small issues like "what the hell do I do for engine mounts".
