Paul's 22B Self-Gratification Pics =)
Just thought I'd share this as it gets me excited every time I look at them
A few years ago I was an active part of another forum and we did a memorial cruise for the fallen gods (Subaru drivers) of the World Rally Championship. I thought it would be an awesome tribute to dress up the 22B in the WRC stickers. I've been thinking.. I'd love to get the WRC Bonnet (with scoop and vents), Roof Vent, and some WRC styled Speedline rims and also have the stickers back on but think it may just be a little over the top?? What are your thoughts?
**Apology: Sorry in advance if these pics attract some invidious attention but I can't help myself

You know you are getting old when the candles on your birthday cake start to cost more than the cake itself.

It's ok, either that cruise or another we had a few runs and there was nothing in it, my crappy old Gen 2 Liberty and a fat GC with really odd number plates...........But you're right...WANKER:mrgreen:Alex wrote:wanker

If I was in your position I would go the the whole lot scoops vents stickers rims and just watch the size of your smile grow as it comes together - Just do it mate
That car is a gem ( but you already know that )

I still remember holding on as I was repeatedly squashed into the passenger seat as we made a mad dash to Welshpool from the workshop to get a new distributor cap for my car. every set of lights we pulled up at got stares and greetings I had a cheshire cat smile the whole time.Silverbullet wrote:Indeed, it's all ford and citroen now isn't it?

Ok... I'll leave it stock there is a few things that will be done to the engine/ecu but nothing that can't be switched back.
As for doing it to another GC8.. well it would never be the same without the fat guards and there is no way I'm putting those wierd fibreglass ones on.
btw.. sorry for the late reply.. computer had a big 'airgap' n the electrical dept. and the work computers block forum sites All sorted now though
