Not 4X4 though!

Best feature of that buggy isn't the EJ in the back - its the suspension! Apparently they put it through some insane loose surface course at 160KMH! Nutters

I remember seeing these RHINO Buggies at a Perth 4WD Show years ago.
The Subaru based ones are Stalker, Bandit and Hummbug.

There was a hummbug at last years BYB BBQ, they're primarily based on EA81's but could easily be adapted considering you making the whole thing from scratch anyway.

I was thinking about doing one with an EJ25, divorced transfer case, 4.44 diff's and big tyres but decided just to do up an MY for off roading for now.

The best thing was over taking that buggy at 185ks on the loose stuff .
was made with the thought of racing it , but never got there .

God I have so many projects on the go .

Hey there Seagull,

We are running a Class 9 Toyota V8 buggy next weekend in the SA Rallly Sprint Championship. What spec is the one you are talking of?

Andrew

Some info on our buggy here:

Would never say no to a ride in any buggy, let alone one with a 1/2/3UZ motor!

Probably rather just have a look at it though... I am quite a bit of a wimp when it comes to these things...
